Islamabad, Mar 3, 2025: Nothing has officially introduced its latest mid-range smartphones, the Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro, offering flagship-grade features at an attractive price.
Although both devices are built on the same foundation, the Pro variant stands out with an enhanced camera setup, additional functionalities, and subtle design refinements.
Design and Display
The Nothing Phone (3a) and (3a) Pro boast a 6.77-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit color depth, and peak brightness of 1,300 nits.
The Pro version is reinforced with Panda Glass, providing superior resistance against scratches and accidental drops.
The brand continues its unique Glyph interface on the rear, using LED indicators for calls, notifications, and alerts.
Both models feature IP64 certification for water and dust resistance.
The power button integrates an Essential Key, allowing quick access to customizable shortcuts for improved usability.
Color choices include Black, White, and Blue, though the blue variant will be unavailable in the U.S.
The Pro model is limited to Black and Gray shades.

Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, both devices ensure efficient processing and power optimization.
Depending on the region, users can opt for 8GB or 12GB of RAM, with internal storage extending up to 256GB.
Running on NothingOS 3.1, based on Android 15, these phones guarantee a seamless experience.
The company commits to three major Android updates and six years of security patches, ensuring longevity and software stability.
Camera Capabilities
The Nothing Phone (3a) Pro features a 50MP primary sensor (1/1.56” size, f/1.88 aperture) with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).
It also includes a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom (extendable to 6x via AI), alongside an 8MP ultrawide shooter.
The front-facing camera is a 50MP unit with a 1/2.76″ sensor and f/2.2 aperture, delivering top-notch selfies.
Conversely, the standard Nothing Phone (3a) retains the 50MP main camera but replaces the periscope lens with a 50MP 2x zoom camera (1/2.74″ sensor).
It keeps the same 8MP ultrawide shooter, while its selfie camera is downgraded to 32MP.

Both phones house a 5,000mAh battery with 50W fast charging, reaching 50% in just 19 minutes.
- Phone (3a) Pro: Priced at $459 (€459/INR 33,999 for 12GB/256GB). India gets additional options: INR 29,999 (8GB/128GB) and INR 31,999 (8GB/256GB). Pre-orders start on March 11.
- Phone (3a): Starts at $379 (€329/INR 24,999 for 8GB/128GB), with the 12GB/256GB variant priced at $379 (€379). India offers an extra 8GB/256GB model at INR 26,999.
