Oppo Unveils K13: A Mid-Range Smartphone with Flagship-Level Battery Power

Islamabad, 23 April 2025: Oppo has added the K13 to its K-series, offering a sleek mid-range phone with a big battery and vibrant AMOLED display at a competitive price.

The device, launched in India, is expected to arrive in other markets soon with varying price tags.

The K13 features a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

Despite its large 7,000 mAh battery, it maintains a slim profile of just 8.45mm and weighs 208 grams. It is available in two colors: Icy Purple and Prism Black.

The Oppo K13 features a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chip, 8GB RAM, and up to 256GB storage, but lacks a memory card slot.

The device is powered by Android 15 with ColorOS 15 on top, and Oppo has promised two years of Android upgrades and three years of security patches.

Photography needs are met by a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth lens, designed to support portrait shots.

A 16MP front camera sits in a punch-hole cutout and is optimized with AI enhancements to boost photo quality, particularly in low light conditions.

One of the key selling points of the K13 is its massive battery. The 7,000 mAh unit is capable of lasting up to two days on moderate usage.

The phone also supports 80W wired fast charging, which, according to Oppo, can fully charge the battery in under an hour.

In India, the Oppo K13 is priced at $210 for the 128GB model and $235 for the 256GB variant. Regional pricing may vary once it hits markets like Pakistan and others.
