Islamabad, Sep 19: The renowned “Carry Dabba” Suzuki Bolan in Pakistan has reached the end of his journey. Reports that it would be discontinued have been surfacing for a few years now, but it is official now that there won’t be any more Bolans on the road.
Following the appearance of a picture of the unfinished car with a placard that said, “Bye Bye Y88V Bolan,” “End of Production and Last Chassis Number 01151691,” the news began to spread on social media. “Yes, it was the last batch,” an official from the company told PakWheels.com in confirmation of the news.
Thus, the Suzuki Bolan will soon come to an end and be replaced by the new Suzuki Every. Customers in Pakistan had to wait a long time because the car lacked important safety features and was definitely out of date. Before Changan Karvaan was introduced, there was no alternative option, thus people were purchasing it.
The Suzuki Bolan has drawn criticism for its outdated, extremely simple design, lack of comfort, and general road safety risks. Customers have been clamoring for its successor, and it appears Suzuki has given up.
