The Pakistan Army has initiated a big recruitment drive of Junior Commissioned Officers (Naib Khateeb) and Soldiers, online applications are expected to open on September 1, 2025 and close on November 23, 2025. This program aims at hiring individuals to work in different positions such as Soldier General Duty, Clerk, Cook, Sanitary Worker and Military Police. Candidates have to be within a certain age range: 17½ to 23 years in the majority of positions, but there are exceptions to this age bracket; education qualification will depend on the position applied to, with entry level at Matriculation, Intermediate to Naib Khateeb requiring Dars-e-Nizami and FA/FSc. The physical qualifications are a minimum height of 5 feet 3 inches (160 cm) and further requirements are applicable to those applying to the Military Police.
The process of selection includes the written test, medical and physical examination and concluding interview. The various tests will be conducted at selected Army Selection and Recruitment Centers within Pakistan. Interested candidates are advised to do their online application before the given time to allow them gain entry.
