Pakistan continued their strong start in the UAE T20I Tri-Nation Series with a 31-run victory over the United Arab Emirates at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Saturday. The win came after Pakistan defeated Afghanistan in their series opener.

Batting first, Pakistan posted 207 runs in 20 overs, powered by half-centuries from opener Saim Ayub, who scored 69 off 38 balls, and Hasan Nawaz, who smashed 56 from just 26 deliveries. Despite a late counterattack from UAE’s Asif Khan, who struck 77 off 35 balls, the hosts were restricted to 176 for 8.

Pakistan’s bowling attack played a decisive role, with Hasan Ali claiming three wickets and Mohammad Nawaz adding two key breakthroughs. The disciplined bowling effort ensured Pakistan maintained control despite UAE’s late surge.

With two consecutive wins, Pakistan remain at the top of the tri-series table, building momentum ahead of the upcoming Asia Cup.
