Islamabad, 10 May, 2025: Pakistan has launched a major cyber-attack targeting critical Indian websites as part of its extensive military response under Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos.
Security sources indicate that multiple high-profile Indian websites have been compromised, including the official website of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Websites belonging to the Crime Research Investigation Agency, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited, Bharat Earth Movers Limited, and the All India Naval Technical Supervisory Staff Association are also affected.
The content of these websites has been entirely wiped out in cyber attack, reports confirmed.
Further breaches have been reported in institutions such as Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, the Border Security Force (BSF), and the Unique Identification Authority of India.

In addition to website, over 2,500 surveillance cameras across India have reportedly been hacked, disrupting real-time monitoring and operational security in multiple zones.
In a separate incident, Pakistan’s cyber team also broke into the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited, cutting major state power infrastructure.
