Pakistan is set to take on Sri Lanka in an eagerly awaited ODI series, scheduled to unfold at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi from November 11 to 15. Details emerged on Monday, marking the return of Sri Lanka to Pakistan for an ODI series after a six-year hiatus.
The last time the Green Shirts clashed with Sri Lanka in ODIs on home soil was under the leadership of Sarfaraz Ahmed, adding historical significance to this upcoming encounter. Cricket enthusiasts are anticipating a thrilling revival of this rivalry.

In related news, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Sunday that Pakistan will host its inaugural T20 tri-series, featuring Sri Lanka and Afghanistan, later this year. The series is slated to run from November 17 to 29, with matches distributed between Rawalpindi and Lahore. The action kicks off with Pakistan facing Afghanistan on November 17 at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, followed by a Sri Lanka-Afghanistan matchup on November 19.
