Islamabad, Sep8: Haider Ali, the distinguished Pakistani athlete who placed third in the discus throw at the Paris 2024 Paralympics, was honored with a lavish celebration held at the Pakistani Embassy in Paris.
According to a press statement released on Sunday, Haider Ali’s triumph secures his place as one of Pakistan’s most renowned athletes and earns him his fourth Paralympic medal. The statement said, “The Pakistani diaspora was ecstatic to witness Haider Ali, one of Pakistan’s most distinguished athletes, having won four medals at four Paralympic Games (1 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze).

Arshad Nadeem wins the gold medal in the javelin throw at the Paris Olympics 2024, while Haider Ali wins the bronze in the discus throw at the Paris Paralympics 2024. Both effectively represented Pakistan at the massive stadium and motivated Pakistanis and supporters throughout the world to reach the podium with tenacity and diligence.
