Islamabad, 29 May 2025: 100 Most Loved Companies is the headline under which Pakistan’s DPL IT has been globally recognized, securing the 92nd position in Newsweek Magazine’s 2025 ranking of the World’s Most Loved Workplaces.

This annual list celebrates organizations where employees report high levels of satisfaction, trust in leadership, and alignment with their company’s mission and culture.

This global ranking, developed in collaboration with the Best Practice Institute’s (BPI) Most Loved Workplace division, is based on the Love of Workplace Index a comprehensive survey covering responses from over two million employees across various industries worldwide.

Companies were assessed across several critical aspects including personal growth opportunities, alignment with corporate values, positive outlook on the future, mutual respect among teams, and a collaborative work atmosphere.

100 Most Loved Companies featured DPL IT among some of the most prominent global employers, putting the Pakistani technology firm in the company of major international brands such as APCO, TaylorMade Golf, and Kaplan.

This recognition not only enhances the firm’s global profile but also underscores the growing emphasis on people-first work cultures in Pakistan’s tech industry.

The top 10 rankings this year included organizations such as HLB, Synctera, Petfolk, and Supercharge all of which were commended for fostering inclusive, supportive, and innovation-driven environments that encourage employee well-being and engagement.
