Federal Minister of Education, Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, launched the Customer Care Desk (CCD), a system that will provide certificates online within 24 hours and verify academic documents of students against authentic institutions.

24/7 Online Assistance

The CCD Portal, that is, designed by IBCC enables students all across Pakistan to validate and authenticate their academic credentials by the provision of a specific support system. To ensure that verification status is fast and convenient, it can now be tracked using QR code which is a new system of tracking the status of the verification process.

The convenience of the people is our utmost concern, as Mallah confirmed that the portal has now been completed, after six months of beta testing.

Email and Remote Support

The portal also caters to Pakistani students and parents residing abroad. Those who cannot come to the CCD have their queries answered within 24 hours via email addressed to the CCD. All students are now able to file complaints or request academic document services 24 hours a day with the goal of reducing delays in processing their requests and contributing to a more effective communication process with IBCC.
