Open to rising leaders across Asia and the Pacific, the fellowship offers an extraordinary opportunity for early and mid-career professionals committed to building peace in their regions.
The application window opened on April 18, 2025, and interested candidates can submit their applications until June 1, 2025.

Participants chosen for the Apply for 2025 William P. Fuller Fellowship will embark on a two-week educational tour in the United States, planned for October 13 to October 24, 2025.
During the visit, fellows will engage with top peacebuilding organisations and experts in San Francisco, New York City, and Washington, D.C.

Who Is Eligible?
Candidates interested in applying must meet the following requirements:
- Be passionate about promoting peace through research, policymaking, advocacy, or grassroots initiatives.
- Be between 18 and 40 years old (born after October 13, 1985).
- Hold citizenship from an eligible country: Nepal, Cambodia, Mongolia, Indonesia, Timor-Leste, Philippines, Laos, Japan, Thailand, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Bhutan, Singapore, Pakistan, Malaysia, Pacific Islands, or Afghanistan.
- Demonstrate fluency in English and show strong leadership abilities with a minimum of three years’ experience.
- Be capable of designing and implementing a personal peacebuilding project.
- Be eligible for a U.S. visa and willing to attend the in-person programme in October 2025.
