The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has selected the Green Shirts team for the T20 World Cup 2024 sources said as excitement for the competition grows.
Babar Azam, the team’s captain has five fast bowlers and four all-round players among its fifteen members.
Two batters, one spinner, and three wicketkeepers round up the roster according to sources. After recovering from an injury pacer Haris Rauf is included Hasan Ali, Salman Ali Agha and Irfan Khan will go as reserves.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is set to unveil the squad following the inaugural match of the T20I series versus England on May 22. The International Cricket Council (ICC) has stipulated a May 25 cutoff for the finalization of the 15-member World Cup roster.
Pakistan finds itself in Group A for the World Cup where they will contend with traditional adversaries India as well as Ireland Canada and the USA.
