Per capita income represents the average income earned per person in a country during a specific period. It is calculated by dividing the total national income by the population and serves as a key indicator of citizens’ economic well-being and living standards.

The rise in per capita income suggests improved nominal growth, though analysts note that inflation and currency depreciation continue to affect real purchasing power.
