Peshawar Zalmi Gears Up for PSL X with Fresh Energy

Islamabad, Apr 7, 2025: Peshawar Zalmi have kicked off their preparations for the tenth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). 

The squad held rigorous training and net sessions on Sunday and Monday, focusing on sharpening their skills and boosting team morale.

A mix of international and domestic players were seen taking part in both batting and bowling drills, as the team looks to make a strong impact this season.

Among the fresh arrivals was Najibullah Zadran, who has now joined the Yellow Storm and is expected to play a key role in the campaign.

The much-anticipated PSL X will open with defending champions Islamabad United taking on Lahore Qalandars at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Peshawar Zalmi will begin their journey a day later on April 12, facing Quetta Gladiators at the same venue.

This season will see a total of 34 matches played across multiple venues, with Gaddafi Stadium hosting 13 games, including both Eliminators and final.

While Zalmi are yet to lift the title since their 2017 triumph, the team appears focused and ready to challenge for glory this time around.
