The impact of these fuel price hikes extends beyond the pump, as they contribute to rising transportation costs, which in turn affect the prices of everyday goods. With inflation continuing to rise despite government assurances, consumers are left grappling with the escalating cost of living. The expected increase in fuel prices may exacerbate the already challenging economic situation, placing further strain on households and businesses alike.
