Islamabad, Aug 26: To bridge the activities from the past, Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PSX: PICT) and Sky Media (Pvt) Limited have struck an agreement. PICT said in a notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday that it has inked a deal with Sky Media (Pvt) Limited, a Pakistani business that owns an Off Dock Terminal located at Hawks Bay Karachi, in order to bridge the activities from the past.
According to the custom laws, it stated that the terminal has the proper authorization and has been designated as an off-dock terminal by Pakistan Customs.As per the agreement, starting on dates that are mutually agreed upon, PICT will offer technical services, including but not limited to management support. The agreement’s financial impact will be restricted and dependent on the growth and size of the company.
The company’s primary business is offering management services for container terminals. International Container Terminal Services Inc. is the firm’s ultimate parent, whereas the company is a subsidiary of ICTSI Mauritius Limited.
