Peshawar, May 11, 2025: The Prime Minister’s Youth Program has reinforced its commitment to empowering Pakistan’s youth through education and digital access.

During a ceremony in Peshawar on Sunday, Babar Saleem Khan, Youth Program Coordinator for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said the government was ensuring the transparent distribution of laptops under the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme.

He noted that deserving students across the country were receiving laptops without any political interference, in line with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s directive for a fair and impartial process.

Speaking at a certificate distribution event for students who completed a digital media course organized by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Khan highlighted that thousands of students in Peshawar and other districts of KP have already benefited from the scheme.

Alongside education, the initiative is working to expand employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for Pakistan’s youth.

Khan also announced the launch of a new initiative—Digital Youth Hub—under the leadership of Chairman Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan.

This AI-based platform aims to provide one-window access to scholarships, digital training, career advice, internships, startup support, and investment avenues, further supporting youth participation in national progress.
