Islamabad, Oct 10: President Zardari awards Rs100m to karate champion Shahzaib Rindh
On that note I extend my and the PPP’s congratulations to Rs100m to karate champion Shahzaib Rindh getting the crown in the World Karate Combat Championship Singapore.
Shahzaib received a cheque for Rs100 million from the president. The Chief Minister of Baluchistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti was also present on the occasion, Presidential Secretariat Press Wing said in a press release.
The president congratulated Shahzaib Khan for clinching honors for the country and for the hope of having more victories in the future.
He added that the Baluchistan province’s youth is talented, and the government needs to provide it with suitable opportunities.
He said that the youth should be challenged to perform well in the area of sports.
