Islamabad, Dec 31: Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL) has announced that its associated company, M/s. Steel Complex Private Limited, acquired 55,420 shares of CLVL on December 30, 2024, from the regular market. This transaction represents 0.08 percent of the total issued and paid-up capital of the company.
According to a stock filing made by CLVL to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday, following the acquisition, the cumulative shareholding of M/s. Steel Complex Private Limited in CLVL has increased to 1.71 percent.Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited is primarily involved in logistics and various other ventures.
