Pakistan Refinery Limited’s (PSX: PRL) Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Zahid Mir has resigned from his position.
During the Emergent Board Meeting held today, the Board of Pakistan Refinery Limited has accepted the resignation of Zahid Mir as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Refinery Limited, said notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) by PRL.

However, he will continue to serve as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Refinery Limited until 31st December 2025, the notice added.
