ISLAMABAD, JULY16: Eleven Expressions of Interest (EOIs) were received from various reputable consulting firms through EPADS in response to PTA’s advertisement that was placed in national and international media as well as on the PPRA website. PTA will shortlist the companies, and the consultants on the shortlist will then get an RFP.
At PTA Headquarters in PST, EPADS was used to open the expression of interest (EOI) for the consultancy on the release of IMT (International Mobile Telecommunications spectrum) spectrum to improve Next Generation Mobile Broadband Services in Pakistan by 2024.
The chosen consultant will conduct stakeholder consultation, offer the Pakistani government expert analysis and advice, and oversee the 5G/IMT auction process to ensure a transparent and successful outcome while preventing collusion and promoting competition.
