Islamabad, Aug 7, 2025: In a major enforcement move, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has suspended the operational license of Xtreme Solutions (Private) Limited for a one-month period due to consistent non-compliance with regulatory requirements. The action stems from the company’s failure to submit its Annual Audited Accounts and pay the Annual License Fee (ALF) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
PTA took this decision under Section 23 of the Pakistan Telecommunication (Reorganization) Act, 1996, after issuing multiple written and electronic notices between October 2022 and January 2025 — all of which went unanswered.
Xtreme Solutions had been granted a non-exclusive license on November 24, 2010, under license No. DIR(L)/CVAS-352/PTA/2010, allowing it to operate as a Data Class Value Added Services provider. According to the license terms, all operators are required to submit financial documents and fulfill their financial dues within 120 days after the fiscal year ends.
On January 4, 2024, PTA served the company a Show Cause Notice, demanding compliance within 7 days and a formal explanation within 30 days. A hearing was scheduled for May 13, 2024, at PTA headquarters, but the notice was returned undelivered — indicating the company failed to update its registered address as required.
Xtreme Solutions not only ignored the notice but also failed to attend the scheduled hearing. Despite a final reminder issued on January 27, 2025, the company remained unresponsive. Due to continued silence and regulatory defiance, PTA’s panel — consisting of members from Licensing, Law, Finance, and Enforcement — ruled the case ex parte, resulting in a license suspension.
As per the enforcement order, the suspension will remain effective for one month or until compliance is met, whichever comes first. If Xtreme Solutions fails to act, the license will be automatically terminated without any further notice.

In addition, all LDI, LL, TIP, and mobile service providers have been instructed to halt all services to Xtreme Solutions with immediate effect until further directives are issued by PTA.
