Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has officially acknowledged that users across the country are facing issues while making WhatsApp calls.
In a statement released on its official platform, PTCL clarified that the disruption is limited to WhatsApp calling services only.
The company further assured customers that its teams are in close coordination with Meta to resolve the matter at the earliest and restore smooth connectivity.
