To manage the surge of attendees, the local administration has put in place robust security and traffic measures. A comprehensive security plan, finalized by the Sindh government, will see over 5,000 police officers deployed across the area. Specialized units, including those from the Counter-Terrorism Department, Bomb Disposal Squad, and Rapid Response Force, will work to ensure the safety of visitors.
Security measures at entry points to the shrine will include walk-through gates, metal detectors, and biometric verification, supported by digital monitoring systems. To enhance surveillance, additional CCTV cameras have been installed, and intelligence teams are on high alert to address any security concerns. This careful planning is designed to maintain order and ensure the safety of the large crowd expected for the Urs.
