Islamabad, July 27, 2025: The Government of Punjab’s Bureau of Statistics has officially announced 982 job vacancies for the role of Tehsil Monitor as part of the Comprehensive Door-to-Door Socio-Economic Survey for PSER 2025. These vacancies are open across all districts of the province on a daily wage basis for a period of approximately 180 working days.
All interested Punjab domiciled candidates (Male/Female) can apply through the Punjab Job Portal at www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk. The last date to submit online applications is Monday, August 11, 2025. No manual or late applications will be accepted.

Additionally, 5% more candidates will be invited for training, and final selection will be performance-based during that training.
Eligibility Criteria for Tehsil Monitor Jobs 2025
- Minimum 16 years of education (MA/MSc/BS or equivalent)
- Preferred subjects: Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Social Work, Gender Studies
- Must be proficient with IT tools (Computer/Tablets)
- Experience with tablet-based surveys will be an added advantage
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Government employees must provide a valid NOC
- Only Punjab residents can apply
Important Notes for Applicants
- Positions are temporary and non-permanent; daily wage-based
- Shortlisted candidates will receive Email/SMS for interview and training
- Original documents and attested copies must be presented at the interview
- No TA/DA will be provided
- Selection is district and domicile-based
- Successful candidates must sign an agreement on a Rs. 300 e-stamp paper
- Those who attend training but do not join fieldwork will not be paid for training
