Islamabad, Aug 8, 2025: The Punjab government has extended the application deadline for its Agriculture Internship Program 2025, offering young graduates extra time to apply for this valuable opportunity in the farming sector.
The revised cut-off date is August 15, 2025, giving eligible candidates a chance to gain practical, field-based experience in agriculture while receiving a monthly allowance of Rs. 60,000.
This initiative, launched under the guidance of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, has now entered its second phase after the successful completion of its initial round.
Designed to equip 2,000 agriculture graduates in Punjab with real-world training, the program focuses on enhancing crop productivity—especially in rural and underdeveloped areas.
Promoted under the slogan “Maryam Nawaz ka Khwab – Sona Ugalta Punjab”, this internship is supervised by the Punjab Agriculture Department.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must possess a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering
- Should be 25 years old or below on the final application date
- Must be a resident of Punjab with a valid domicile
The provincial government urges qualified individuals to submit their applications before August 15, emphasizing the program’s aim to build a skilled workforce in Punjab’s agricultural landscape.
