Islamabad, Aug 14, 2025: The Punjab Green Tractor Scheme 2025 has been launched by the Government of Punjab under Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to support farmers with modern farming equipment. Under this initiative:
- 20,000 green tractors will be provided.
- Direct subsidy of Rs. 10 lakh per tractor.
- Aim to make farming more productive, cost-effective and eco-friendly.
The scheme, officially introduced on August 14, 2025, during Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day celebrations, is one of the province’s largest agricultural support programs, costing billions of rupees and designed to help both small-scale and large-scale farmers.

- Subsidy: Rs. 10 lakh per tractor.
- Total Tractors: 20,000 units.
- Special Draw: 7 lucky farmers to get tractors free.

- Must be a resident of Punjab.
- Must own agricultural land.
- Must be actively involved in farming.
