Under this program, laptops will be distributed to eligible students studying in government-run universities, colleges, and medical or dental institutions across the province.
As part of the Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has sanctioned the allocation of 112,000 advanced laptops, including the latest 13th-generation Core i7 models. The distribution is scheduled to begin on October 31, 2025, ensuring talented students gain access to modern technology.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be enrolled in a public-sector college, university, or medical/dental institute in Punjab.
- A minimum of 65% marks for BS programs and 80% marks for medical/dental programs is required.
- Students who have previously received laptops under earlier schemes will not be eligible.
Application Process
Students can apply online through the official portal by uploading their academic transcripts and valid identification. The selection will be carried out through a transparent merit-based lottery system, ensuring fairness for all applicants.
The official inauguration of the scheme by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is scheduled for September 6, 2025, with laptops reaching successful students by the end of October.
