LAHORE, June 3, 2025: The Punjab Government has launched a province-wide crackdown against the sale and purchase of e-cigarettes and vapes. All vaping centers have been ordered to immediately shutdown as well.
This decision was announced by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz during the provincial cabinet meeting today in Lahore. The ban on sale and purchase of vapes has come in view of them posing major health risks, especially to the younger population, and the recent surge in vaping practices.
