The Punjab government has announced the establishment of the Chief Minister Command and Control System, a project worth Rs. 600 million.
The initiative aims to bring all provincial departments under one integrated platform, enhancing coordination in security operations, emergency response and overall governance.
According to officials, the Chief Minister Command and Control System will link emergency response forces, police, Safe City projects and other key institutions. The system will be supported by advanced software and a high-performance digital filing mechanism to improve efficiency.

The plan also includes intelligence fusion and threat assessment tools, allowing the government to respond quickly to critical situations. To further strengthen monitoring, proposals have been made to acquire modern drones and UAVs.
In addition, significant investment will be directed toward robust IT and fiber infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning of the system.
