Islamabad, Feb 27: The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has unveiled its gas supply management plan for the holy month of Ramadan to ensure uninterrupted availability during critical meal preparation times. The company aims to facilitate consumers by maintaining supply during Sehri and Iftar hours while regulating it at other times to balance demand.
Gas Supply Timings
According to an SSGC spokesperson, households will have access to gas during the following key hours:
- Sehri: 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM
- Iftar: 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM
To manage the load effectively, there will be temporary suspensions during these periods:
- 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Managing Gas Supply During Peak Hours
SSGC has assured consumers that this schedule is designed to prioritize gas availability when it is needed the most, particularly during Sehri and Iftar preparations. However, due to high demand, users might experience fluctuations in gas pressure outside these designated hours.
