Islamabad, Sep 27: In a shocking cyberattack on the night of September 25, renowned YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, best known for his Beer Biceps channel, fell victim to a major hacking incident.
Cybercriminals not only took over his channel but also erased all of his original content, leaving his subscribers stunned.
The hackers renamed Beer Biceps to “Tesla” and changed the channel’s handle to “@Elon. Trump. tesla_live2024.” Ranveer Allahbadia personal channel was also compromised, being rebranded as “@Tesla. Event. trump_2024.”
This attack is part of a worrying pattern of cyber threats, following the recent hacking of India’s Supreme Court YouTube channel.
This incident raises alarms about the vulnerability of high-profile digital personalities to cyber threats, as hackers target their platforms for malicious purposes.
