The Rawalpindi Traffic Police have rolled out a weekly schedule of mobile driving license vans to bring licensing services closer to residents. This initiative is aimed at reducing long queues at traffic offices and ensuring easier access for citizens across the district.

According to officials, the mobile van will reach different areas throughout the week. On September 2 (Tuesday), it will be stationed at Scut village in Tehsil Kallar Syedan. On September 3 (Wednesday), residents of Kuri Dolal in Tehsil Gujar Khan will benefit from the service.

The van will then move to Raja Bazar near Fawara Chowk on September 4 (Thursday), followed by Jhawara Picket, Dhamial Camp on September 5 (Friday). Continuing its schedule, it will serve citizens at Gulzar-e-Quaid, Old Airport Road on September 6 (Saturday).

The weekly drive will wrap up on September 7 (Sunday) with special license tests dedicated to rickshaw drivers at the Old Waran Depot in Saddar.

Authorities highlighted that the mobile service is designed to provide convenience by delivering driving license facilities directly into local communities, saving residents both time and effort.
