Realme has officially announced the global comeback of its GT series, confirming the GT6 launch for June 20. The GT 6T has already debuted in India, and the GT6 will follow suit.
Today, Chase Xu, Realme’s Vice President and Global Marketing President, shared a teaser video on his X account, which you can view here. Notably, a “newspaper” appears at the 19-second mark in the video.
The video confirms the June 20 launch date for the GT6, featuring the tagline “Power meets AI.” This hints at the device’s AI capabilities, as suggested by a leaked retail box. These AI features may include text summarization and translation, enhanced image editing, custom wallpapers, and more.
Realme has also scheduled the release of episode 2 of its “Real Talk” show for June 3, which may provide further insights into the GT6. Speculations suggest the GT6 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. Additionally, FCC certification indicates a 5,500 mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging. A GT6 Pro variant is expected later, featuring a larger 6,000 mAh battery.
With the imminent launch of the Realme GT6, the GT6 Pro is likely to follow soon after, although no official date has been announced. The international launch price is expected to be higher than in India and China.
