The Pakistani Rupee (PKR) on Friday appreciated by 1 paisa against the US Dollar (USD) in interbank trading, closing at Rs. 280.91 compared to Thursday’s Rs. 280.92.
In the open market, the Dollar was bought at Rs. 282.5 and sold at Rs. 282.8, according to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP).

The Euro and British Pound both saw declines, closing at Rs. 324.76 (down Rs. 1.34) and Rs. 369.17 (down Rs. 1.03), respectively.
The Japanese Yen remained steady at Rs. 1.82. Meanwhile, the Emirates Dirham and Saudi Riyal held firm at Rs. 76.48 and Rs. 74.90.
