The Rupee on Wednesday appreciated by 01 paisa against the US Dollar in interbank trading and closed at Rs. 280.86 compared to the previous day’s closing of Rs 280.87.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of the Dollar in the open market were recorded at Rs. 282.6 and Rs. 282.9, respectively.
The price of the Euro decreased by 91 paisa to close at Rs. 322.82 against the last day’s closing of Rs. 323.73, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The Japanese Yen remained unchanged and closed at Rs. 1.82, whereas the exchange rate of the British Pound witnessed a decrease of Rs. 2.09 paisa and closed at Rs. 366.20 compared to the previous day’s Rs. 368.29.

The exchange rates of the Emirates Dirham and Saudi Riyal stood stagnant to close at Rs. 76.46 and Rs. 74.88, respectively.
