Russia has officially announced Russia Government Scholarship, fully funded scholarship opportunity for Pakistani Students, giving aspiring learners a golden opportunity to study in leading Russian universities. Under this program, students can pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degrees with full tuition fee coverage and a monthly stipend, while travel and daily living costs will be the student’s responsibility.
According to the official details, the last date to apply is January 15, 2026. All applications must be submitted through the official portal. The Russian Center for Science and Culture (Russian House), Karachi, has been designated as the authorized nomination body for Pakistani applicants.
To qualify, candidates must be Pakistani citizens applying for undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral studies and must meet the academic requirements of the chosen program.
How to Apply
- Visit the official website and create an online account.
- Fill in your personal details and choose your preferred program level.
- You can select up to six Russian universities in order of preference. Once submitted, changes to the application or selected institutions will not be allowed.
Required Documents
- For Bachelor’s programs: Passport, Intermediate or A-Level certificates, 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets, and a signed consent form for data processing.
- For Master’s programs: Passport, Bachelor’s degree and transcript, consent form, and an application form.
- For PhD programs: Passport, Master’s degree and transcript, research proposal, list of publications, and a recommendation from a Russian university.

Applicants graduating in 2026 can submit provisional mark sheets along with a confirmation letter from their school or university. After uploading all documents, applicants must ensure the submission status shows “Submitted” instead of “Draft.”
Selection will be based on document review, academic performance, and portfolio evaluation. Additional creative or physical ability tests may apply depending on the chosen field of study.
