Islamabad – August 3, 2025: Popular Pakistani actress Saba Qamar was rushed to hospital after suffering a heart attack during the shooting of her upcoming drama serial “Pamaal”. The incident occurred on a set in Rawalpindi when she collapsed due to severe chest pain.
According to sources from the production team, Saba Qamar experienced sudden discomfort while filming a scene and was immediately provided emergency medical assistance. She was shifted to Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital, where doctors admitted her to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and performed angiography. Her condition was initially critical but has now been stabilized.

Medical experts cited extreme exhaustion and work-related stress as the primary cause of the cardiac event. The actress had recently completed another drama, “Case No. 9”, before starting work on “Pamaal”, which reportedly led to severe fatigue. Doctors have advised her to take an extended period of rest and avoid any strenuous activities.
News of Saba Qamar’s health scare sparked a wave of concern among fans and fellow artists. Social media platforms were flooded with prayers and well-wishes for her recovery, with hashtags like #SabaQamar and #PrayForSabaQamar trending across Pakistan.
