Islamabad, Mar 11, 2025: Samsung is gearing up to officially introduce the Galaxy S25 Edge next month, following its initial hints during the Galaxy S25 series unveiling and a discreet showcase at MWC 2025.
Although the company has yet to reveal complete specifications, well-known insider Ice Universe has leaked details that provide a clearer insight into Samsung’s thinnest flagship device in years.
Pricing and Availability
The Galaxy S25 Edge is anticipated to be priced in line with the Galaxy S25+, which starts at $999. While Samsung has not confirmed the exact cost, it is likely to fall within the same premium segment.
The official release of the Galaxy S25 Edge is expected in April, though some reports indicate that it may hit retail stores by May.

Ultra-Slim Aesthetic
Leaked details suggest that the Galaxy S25 Edge will weigh approximately 162 grams and boast an impressively slim profile at just 5.84mm in thickness.
This is significantly thinner than the standard Galaxy S25, which measures 7.2mm.
Although the weight remains unchanged, the Edge model stands out due to its sleek, ultra-thin form, positioning it as one of Samsung’s most stylish phones to date.
Furthermore, an early render showcases incredibly narrow bezels, akin to those found on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, surrounding a 6.65-inch display.
If accurate, this design will offer a modern and sophisticated aesthetic, catering to users who prefer a refined and minimalist look.
Expected Features and Specifications
Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 Edge will reportedly feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, aligning with the rest of the S25 lineup.
However, the camera configuration will likely be more simplistic, featuring only two rear sensors: a 200MP primary camera and a 12MP ultrawide lens
Notably, a telephoto lens is absent, likely due to the device’s ultra-slim build.
Regarding battery capacity, reports indicate that the smartphone will house a 3,900 mAh battery with support for 25W wired fast charging.
While slightly lower in capacity compared to its S25 counterparts, it still ensures reliable performance.
Rumors suggest that Samsung will offer the Galaxy S25 Edge in Light Blue, Black, and Silver color variants, appealing to a wide range of consumers looking for both style and functionality.
