Saqib Nazeer brings with him over three decades of distinguished hospitality expertise, known for revitalizing operations, executing high-impact pre-openings, and steering strategic growth. Since March 2022, he has led three successive seasonal operations in Skardu, overseeing major renovations, elevating service quality, and implementing expansion plans—all while aligning guest experiences with international benchmarks.
Throughout his career, Saqib has held senior leadership positions at some of Pakistan’s most respected hotel brands, including Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts, Islamabad Marriott Hotel, Avari Hotels, Serena Hotels, Hotel One, and Legend Hotel Islamabad. His areas of expertise span strategic development, revenue optimization, capital improvements, and end-to-end hotel operations across both boutique hotels and luxury resorts.
