Islamabad, June 13, 2025: Saudi Arabia on Friday has strongly condemned the Israeli strikes on Iran that targeted nuclear facilities, ballistic missile factories and military commanders, calling the attacks a blatant violation of international norms and a threat to Iran’s sovereignty.
In a formal statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Kingdom expressed deep concern over what it termed “blatant aggression,” stressing that such actions undermine the security and sovereignty of the region.
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia expresses its strong condemnation and denunciation of the blatant Israeli aggressions against the brotherly Islamic Republic of Iran, which undermine its sovereignty and security and constitute a clear violation of international laws and norms,” the statement read.
It further urged international community and the the UN Security Council to take immediate action and halt the escalating aggression.

Israel launched a large-scale military operation against Iran on earlier hours of Friday, named Operation Rising Lion, making it one of the most direct and aggressive action taken by Israel against Iran in decades, raising fears of a broader regional conflict.
