Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman actively participated in the country’s annual blood donation campaign on Thursday, setting an example for citizens to follow. The initiative aims to promote voluntary donations across the Kingdom and strengthen community participation in health-related efforts.
The campaign encourages all sectors of society to contribute to the nation’s blood supply, ensuring the availability of safe, sustainable, and sufficient stocks to meet the population’s needs. In 2024, over 800,000 donors participated, highlighting the growing culture of giving in the Kingdom.
Under the leadership of the Crown Prince and Prince Mohammed bin Salman , Saudi Arabia has promoted several health initiatives, including the COVID-19 vaccination drive and the national organ donation program. These efforts demonstrate the royal family’s commitment to public health and humanitarian service.
