Islamabad, April 02: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has restricted 14 nationalities for the business and visit visas, including Pakistan. After April 13, no such visa even multiple would remain valid and would be considered cancelled.
The announcement came from the Saudi government.
Nationals of the following countries are now restricted from applying for new short-term Saudi visas, including business visit visas (single/multi-entry), tourist e-visas, and family visit visas:
- Egypt
- Morocco
- India
- Tunisia
- Pakistan
- Yemen
- Algeria
- Nigeria
- Sudan
- Iraq
- Jordan
- Indonesia
- Ethiopia
- Bangladesh
The travel restrictions would remain effective from April 13, 2025. If anyone currently hold a valid Saudi visa (e.g. business or tourist), then that person may continue to travel to KSA until April 13, 2025.
After this date, individuals from the restricted nationalities listed above Will not be permitted to enter KSA, even with a valid visa Must exit the Kingdom before April 13, 2025.

Non-compliance may result in a 5-year ban from entering Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Saudi’s current understanding is that holders of valid multi-entry business visas would also not be permitted to travel to KSA after April 13, regardless of the visa’s expiry date.
If anyone is a national of one of the 14 restricted countries, please do not travel to Saudi Arabia on or after April 13 even if you have a valid visa, says the Saudi announcement.
