The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has introduced a commemorative Rs 75 coin to mark the nation’s recent success in Marka-e-Haq, the military operation against India that highlighted national unity and the bravery of Pakistan’s armed forces.
The launch comes as part of Independence Day celebrations.
According to the central bank, the coin has been issued to honor the sacrifices of the armed forces during Marka-e-Haq. The Rs 75 coin weighs 13.5 grams and is made up of 79% copper, 20% zinc, and 1% nickel, with a size of 30mm.
On the front, the coin shows a waxing crescent and a five-pointed star, surrounded by the inscription “Islami Jamhuria Pakistan” in Urdu.
The year “2025” is displayed below, along with the denomination “75” on one side and “Rupia” in Urdu on the other. Two wheat sprigs also appear beneath the crescent.

The reverse side carries the inscription “Marka-e-Haq” with “2025” at its center. The words “Pakistan Hamesha Zindabad” are written around the upper edge.
The design also features two fighter aircraft, a naval ship, and a multiple rocket launcher system (MRLS), symbolizing the strength of Pakistan’s armed forces.
