Senior Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon declared that the Excise and Taxation Department collected 143 billion rupees, more than the 130 billion rupees it was supposed to collect this fiscal year. For the 2.1 million families impacted by the recent floods, the Sindh government is dedicated to building homes. The Excise Department has allotted 67 crore rupees to support this effort, which will aid in financing the building of 2,251 dwellings for the underprivileged.He mentioned that premium number plates will have their own office.
The cost of chosen number plates will increase, and these plates will now be distributed through auctions. According to Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, drug use in society is putting society in peril. The Narcotics Control Wing has initiated 141 measures against drug dealers since March. The ministry is asking the interior ministry for help in getting him arrested. Regarding the drug dealer’s account, a letter was submitted to the relevant bank on May 23.

According to him, Qurban Shah, a drug dealer, was receiving drug money that the Excise Department found out about. The mobile phone of the accused, who is presently in Islamabad, has provided tangible proof.
