Islamabad, June 6, 2025: Konami has confirmed that next mainline game in horror series, Silent Hill f will officially launch on September 25 for PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. The announcement came during PlayStation’s June State of Play showcase, where fans were treated to a spooky new story trailer and first look at third-person combat.
The game centers on Shimizu Hinako, a high school girl grappling with societal pressures, as she navigates the strange transformation of her fog-drenched hometown, Ebisugaoka. Konami described the experience as one where players “solve mysteries, confront supernatural dangers, and make life-altering choices that shape Hinako’s journey.”
The trailer features haunting scenes of Hinako sprinting through twisted streets while fighting off grotesque creatures with improvised melee weapons.
Unlike previous entries, Silent Hill fstands alone within the series timeline, meaning players don’t need familiarity with earlier titles to immerse themselves in its story.

At release, the game will be available in multiple versions: a physical Day One Edition, Digital Standard, and Digital Deluxe Editions. The digital versions will include extras such as exclusive outfits, music samples, an artbook, and early access starting 48 hours before the official launch.

Pre-orders are now open for both the physical and digital formats. Buyers of the Day One Edition for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S can expect additional perks, including a collectible steelbook from select retailers.
