Islamabad, July 23, 2025: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has introduced a new digital system called the Sindh Business One Stop Shop (SBOSS). This online platform is designed to make business registration and licensing easier across the province.

The launch event was held at the CM House and attended by Federal Investment Minister Qaiser Shaikh, provincial ministers, businessmen and other important figures.

During his speech the Chief Minister said that SBOSS is a big step forward for Sindh economy. He explained that the goal is to make it simpler to start and run a business in Sindh. He also shared that Pakistan position in the global Ease of Doing Business index has improved from 147 to 108 in the last three years and platforms like SBOSS will help boost industry even more.

SBOSS is part of the World Bank-funded CLICK Project. It currently provides 32 online licensing services from nine government departments. In the future, this will grow to 130 services across 16 departments. The system works fully online and is linked with national databases such as NADRA, SECP and 1LINK. It also uses blockchain technology to keep data safe and honest.
