Islamabad, Dec 12: The College Education Department of Sindh held a ceremony to distribute offer letters to lecturers who successfully passed the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) examination. The event, held at Scouts Hall in Karachi, was graced by the Minister for Education, Sardar Ali Shah, as the chief guest. During the ceremony, the minister presented offer letters to 833 newly appointed lecturers.
In his speech, the minister announced the introduction of A-level classes in select public colleges across Sindh. He explained that this initiative aims to help public college students excel and showcase their potential in competitive fields.
The ceremony was attended by several officials, including Secretary of College Education Asif Ikram and Director General of Colleges Dr. Naved Rab Siddiqui. The minister welcomed the new lecturers and encouraged them to commit themselves to the teaching profession. He urged them to provide quality education to students from underprivileged areas with the same dedication as they would to their own children.
