Islamabad, Aug 14: As the summer break draws to an end, schools in Sindh are scheduled to return tomorrow. The start of a new academic year will see the return of teaching activities to both government and private schools in Sindh, according to confirmation from the education department.
Syed Sardar Shah, the minister of education for Sindh, has urged students to start the new year with renewed resolve and focus. He stressed that in order to succeed academically, hard work and perseverance are essential.
The Minister also stressed the importance of teachers accepting their responsibilities, emphasizing the notable advancements in the educational system brought about by the hiring of teachers on the basis of merit, with pride, he stated that Sindh is setting the standard for new policies in education, including the teacher’s licensing program.
Due to the severe heat and rainy forecast, Sindh’s schools were originally set to reopen on August 1. However, the summer break was extended until August 14.The Sindh Education Department is now prepared to receive students back for the upcoming academic year.
