The Sindh government has decided to provide pink scooters to women this week.

According to Geo News, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Transport Minister Sharjeel Memon, attended by the Transport Secretary, the MD of Sindh Mass Transit Authority, and other officials.

On this occasion, Sharjeel Memon said that the Sindh government is going to provide free electric scooters to women and female students this week. This initiative will save time, reduce travel expenses, and ensure safe and dignified travel for women.

The senior minister further stated that the records of applicant women and female students have been compiled through the Sindh Mass Transit Authority. The electric scooters will be allotted based on merit and need, under a transparent mechanism.

Sharjeel Memon added that the Sindh government has developed a transparent and easy process to benefit as many women as possible. Female students and working women should take full advantage of this facility.
